We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead delivery for a strategic enterprise client hiring across EMEA.
This isn’t just managing reqs. You’ll be managing a team (talent partners + coordinators), shaping delivery, and acting as the bridge between our organisation and the client.
You’ll be in the detail when needed, but your real value is in making sure everything runs properly, people, process, and outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and develop a team of talent partners embedded with the client
Own delivery across multiple business areas, ensuring quality, pace, and consistency
Act as the senior point of contact for the client, building trust and challenging where needed
Translate hiring demand into clear, executable plans for the team
Use data properly, not just dashboards, but insight that changes decisions
Remain hands‑on to step in on complex or high‑impact roles when needed
Improve how we hire, not just what we hire
Balance client expectations with team wellbeing and performance
Manage the financial forecasting for your team - think of it as your own mini‑business
What You Bring:
Proven experience leading recruiters or Talent Partners in a fast‑paced environment
Strong stakeholder management, you’re comfortable dealing with senior leaders and pushing back if you need to
Solid delivery background, you’ve done the job, not just managed it
Commercial awareness, you understand what good looks like for both client and business
Calm under pressure, especially when things go sideways
Credibility with both your team and the client, you don’t need to shout to be heard
