You will play a key role in ensuring buildings remain safe, functional, and well‑maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver planned and reactive building fabric maintenance in line with contract scope and specificationsEnsure compliance with company and client Health & Safety policiesComplete reports, documentation, and job records accurately and on timeRespond promptly and positively to Helpdesk requests, carrying out repairs efficiently.Prioritise workload to meet agreed response times, escalating delays where requiredOrder and maintain materials, tools, and equipment in line with proceduresIdentify when specialist contractors are required and provide clear job specificationsAssist with surveys, inspections, and reportsMaintain asset registers and ensure equipment is correctly taggedRepresent the company professionally, building strong relationships with Helpdesk and client teamsCore Building Fabric Maintenance TasksGeneral BuildingRoof leak repairs, including gutter and gully worksFlooring repairs and replacement (vinyl, ceramic tiles - training available)Installation and repair of internal cladding, wall tiling, and edge protectionReactive maintenance and first‑line response, including minor painting tasksPlumbing & DrainageFirst‑line response to plumbing and drainage issuesJoineryWall, floor, and fitting repairsIronmongery and hardware repairs/replacementsInternal and external door repairs, replacements, and inspectionsPlanned maintenance inspections of fire doorsWhat We're Looking ForEssentialNVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or similarFull UK Driving LicenceCompetent IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeStrong hands‑on experience in building fabric maintenanceDesirableCity & Guilds Carpentry & Joinery (6706)IPAF trainingExperience using Computer‑Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systemsCSCS CardExperience working on multi‑site contractsOur Benefits PackageThey believe in rewarding their people for the incredible work they do.
