Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, with a particular focus on Food & Beverage related areas.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in hotel management, excellent people skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house departments.
* Develop and implement effective work methods and systems to improve staff productivity and efficiency.
* Work closely with Heads of Department to ensure seamless operation and alignment with overall goals and standards.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* A proven track record of success in managing teams and improving operational efficiency.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
