Job description: JP Morgan Workplace Solutions are currently seeking an Equity Plan Management Team Lead. The role involves leadership, coaching and development, providing guidance and direction regarding service delivery to corporate clients, and delivering effective communication and collaboration with the wider business to maximise quality of service. Motivate the team to use their knowledge and skills to achieve shared goals.
Responsibilities
* Lead an Equity Plan Management team responsible for customer satisfaction and task deliverables.
* Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goals.
* Monitor development status and provide or organise any training team members need.
* Communicate clear instructions to team members.
* Gather, actively listen to team members’ feedback and address concerns.
* Monitor team members’ performance to ensure a high level of quality in service delivery.
* Actively manage and supervise a portfolio of companies operating employee share plans within a team framework.
* Manage day-to-day operations for the team including events and recurring tasks.
* Interact with clients on operational transactions related to their share plan programs in case of escalation.
* Ensure timely processing of operational transactions, including data management, reconciliation, processing and reporting.
* Liaise with the client implementation team and onboarding of new clients to Global Shares software system as required.
* Organize, develop and maintain procedural and process documentation related to client programs to ensure accurate transaction processing and minimize risk.
* Monitor, maintain and report on key information on each client’s revenue and profitability.
* Enhance customer satisfaction to the highest standards as measured by customer satisfaction surveys.
* Coordinate, support and collaborate with other business areas.
* Ensure effective user acceptance testing and regression testing as required.
* Assist in identifying new system tools and enhancements to existing system functionalities.
* Client liaison, business development, client presentations.
* Identify innovative client solutions and liaise with Product for software enhancements.
* Liaise with IT Support regarding escalations related to processing and software execution for the team and clients.
* Provide regular reporting on the team’s work.
* Support internal projects across multiple teams and support other teams as required.
* Liaise with third-party vendors as required.
* Engage in HR activities and use HR tools as needed.
Required Qualifications, Skills And Abilities
* Proven natural leadership skills
* Excellent communication & listening skills
* Proven numeric skills with focus on data analysis
* Standardisation and streamlining of processes with appropriate documentation
* Good and preferably advanced Excel skills
* Demonstrate problem solving skills with the ability to be innovative and proactive to achieve high efficiency and profitability
* Self-motivating with resilience to a fast-paced environment, ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications, Skills And Abilities
* Third level degree in Business/Finance or equivalent experience preferred
