Job Role:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics is highly desirable.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
* Demonstrated understanding of quantity surveying principles, with a proven track record of successful project involvement.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
* Presentation and general management skills to engage clients and teams.
* Effective written communication and negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
