The Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, standards, and success of the store.
You will drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and create a positive working environment that motivates your team to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a large store team to achieve sales and service excellence
Take full responsibility for store operations, including stock management, visual standards, and compliance
Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high service standards across the team
Recruit, train, and retain top talent, ensuring succession planning is in place
Manage budgets, rotas, and operational costs effectively
Foster a strong team culture, promoting motivation, accountability, and career development
About You
Minimum 5 year's experience in a senior retail management role
Proven track record of managing large teams in a fast-paced retail environment
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
Organised, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
