Key Business Analyst Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive and insightful analysis across various business areas, including sales, operations, and supply chain management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Provide weekly/monthly/ad hoc reporting and analysis using MS Excel.
Develop & maintain existing Business Intelligence tools, such as Qlik Sense or PowerBI. Collaborate with senior management in preparing data for presentation to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of key findings.
Forecasting and Planning:
Collaborate with the Sales team to improve forecast accuracy by analyzing market trends and customer behavior. Communicate changes in forecast and demand to key managers and departments, facilitating informed decision-making.
Contribute to the development of the annual sales plan and quarterly forecasts, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and goal achievement.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with a strong background in Business Intelligence and data analysis. Possess excellent numerical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Word, Access). Experience with Business Intelligence packages and Salesforce CRM is highly desirable.
