IT Support Analyst – Navan, Co.
Meath
As the IT Support Analyst you will be responsible for supporting staff, maintaining IT systems, protecting data and cybersecurity, managing technology suppliers and analysing data.
This role is onsite 5 days per week (including Saturdays).
Travel to sister sites when required.
Own transport & full Irish Driving License required.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
IT ticket support (software, login, password issues)
Onboarding/offboarding of users and devices
System performance reports
Liaise with external IT companies
Coordinate system upgrades, installations and improvements
Deliver IT training
Support audits, risk assessments & compliance reviews
Update policies & procedures
Travel to sister sites for IT support when required – own transport & license
Qualifications & Requirements
2-4 years IT experience in a similar role
3rd level qualification in IT or related discipline
Strong understanding of technical management principles, information analysis, and computer hardware and software systems
Experience with website administration, maintenance, and configuration
Data analysis and reporting with MS Office applications
Knowledge of SQL, database management, and programming languages such as Python – advantageous
Excellent report-writing, communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines
