Responsibilities:
• Capability Development: Contribute to activities that enhance capability development at both national and international levels.• Change Management: Promote change management and work with colleagues to create an environment that enables departmental motivation, impact, and adaptability.• Educational Content Creation:> Develop high-quality educational content using appropriate software and authoring tools.
