As a key member of our front office team, the Reservations Agent will be responsible for handling all guest bookings and enquiries in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring a seamless reservation experience from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls and emails.Enter and manage bookings using the hotel's reservation systemLiaise with other departments to ensure guest requests are metUpsell room types and hotel services where appropriateProvide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service at all timesOther tasks will be assigned as required to meet day-to-day operational needs.What We're Looking For:Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskComfortable using computer systems (training provided)Positive attitude and team spiritJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: €27,000.00-€30,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
