Role/Department:
Reporting to the Client Services Team Manager, Ireland, you will manage multiple Tier 1 clients, ensuring all service aspects meet the Client SLD regarding Transfer Agency.
The department offers third-party fund administration services, including shareholder servicing functions like dealing, registration, settlements, distributions, commissions, and statements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing teams, coordinating work, communication, and issue resolution activities. Collaborate with Operational Partners to produce control checklists and meet targets and deadlines.
* Maintaining client service levels through timely and accurate delivery of information and work products.
* Providing technical expertise for new TA products and developing SLDs with clients for onboarding these products/services.
* Overseeing monthly reporting, including KPI calculation and review of reporting packs.
* Vetting incident reports before release and maintaining the incident log.
* Working with internal teams to evaluate and implement regulatory changes.
* Maintaining operating procedures to enhance client experience and service quality.
* Managing client issues and liaising with global and operational managers for seamless service.
* Handling client communications regarding SLAs and documentation.
* Consulting on client needs and error resolution methods.
* Ensuring prompt and professional client and partner interactions.
* Escalating issues appropriately within the team and management.
* Responding to inquiries accurately and promptly.
* Performing trend analysis, resolving exceptions, and communicating issues.
* Proactively suggesting operational improvements and cost reductions.
* Coordinating interactions with clients and representatives.
* Delivering priority discussions and testing client-specific reports.
* Performing responsibilities within the Client Take On process.
Skills/Qualifications:
* Degree in a relevant discipline with experience in client-focused roles within financial services or banking.
* Operational experience in Transfer Agency preferred; fund accounting, fund administration, or banking experience also considered.
* Experience in people management and change management is desirable.
* Strong client relationship skills.
* Knowledge of Transfer Agency industry and regulations is preferred.
* Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills.
* Proficiency in keyboard skills and system learning.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong issue review and resolution skills.
* Ability to build stakeholder relationships.
