About the RoleWe are looking for a HR Systems Administrator focused on Digital Transformation. In this role, you will own, optimize, and integrate our HR and people systems to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and user experience across the company.You will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations to implement improvements, automate workflows, and ensure our tools support the company's growth. This is a hands-on role with ownership of the digital transformation of HR processes, not just routine administration.This is a fully remote role, and the candidate must be able to manage their own taxes, workspace, and equipment.ResponsibilitiesLead system improvements and digital transformation initiatives across HR, payroll, and workforce toolsAdminister HR, payroll, ATS, and workforce management systems with a focus on optimization and automationEnsure data integrity, consistency, and accurate reporting across all systemsConfigure workflows, permissions, and integrations to improve efficiencyProvide guidance and support to HR and Finance teams on system usageEvaluate new tools, features, and integrations to recommend improvementsCreate and maintain process documentation and system guidesCoordinate with vendors for support, upgrades, and feature rolloutsRequirements3–6 years of experience administering or optimizing HR systemsHands-on experience with HRIS, payroll, ATS, or workforce management toolsExperience leading system improvements or digital transformation initiativesStrong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and workflowsComfortable with integrations, automation, and process optimizationStrong problem-solving and technical aptitudeExperience working in remote or distributed teams is a plusTools & SystemsExperience with tools such as BambooHR, HiBob, Workday, Deel, Remote, Gusto, ADP, Personio, TimeDoctor, or similar platforms is highly valued.Hiring ProcessApplication → Manual review → Questionnaire → HR interview → Team/founder interview
