Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, highly professional Receptionist to join our busy practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. This role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.

Requirements & Skills:

· Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or administrative role.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· High level of professionalism, discretion, and patient care.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

· Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings as required.

· Experience using dental practice management software (e.g. Dentally) is desirable but not required.
