* Manage all administrative tasks, including minute taking and data entry.
* Provide secretarial support to the Child Protection Case Conference Arena and Independent Chairperson.
* Liaise with relevant social work staff and professionals to secure and plan dates for forthcoming Child Protection Case Conferences.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 5 PM
