The Role
1. Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
2. Research, design, evaluate mechanical products and equipment
3. Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions
4. Experience and or understanding of electronic sensors
5. Conduct research that tests design and performance of equipment and components
6. Perform project design reviews in order to ensure projects are constructed according to customer specifications
The Person
7. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
8. 2 years' experience with a similar design role within the manufacturing industry
9. Experience in Solid Edge would be desirable
