Role Overview

You will be the face and voice of Deel, building genuine customer relationships, providing strategic guidance, and advocating for clients internally. This role requires a passionate business builder who thrives on solving complex problems, working collaboratively, and delivering impact.


Responsibilities

1. Develop client vision and strategy to help achieve their goals using Deel’s tools.
2. Build and maintain trusting long-term relationships, identifying opportunities for growth.
3. Analyze large data sets to create data-driven recommendations.
4. Implement solutions and problem-solve internally for clients.
5. Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve services.


Minimum Requirements

1. At least 2+ years of relevant experience as a CSM, Account Manager, or Expansion Manager.
2. Experience in a fast-growth startup, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
3. Strong relationship-building skills with resilience under pressure.
4. Data-savvy with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
5. Self-motivated, responsible, and growth-oriented.
6. Proven track record of achievement and impact.
7. Excellent communication skills in English.


Preferred Skills

* Fluency in one of the Nordic languages.
* Passion for the future of work.
* Experience with customer-facing products and growth strategies.
