Strategic HR Leader Opportunity
* This exceptional leadership role is designed for a seasoned Professional who will be responsible for driving the overall strategy of the HR function, focusing on enhancing the employee experience and driving business outcomes.
* The successful candidate will take ownership of the HR function, reporting directly to the CEO & MD, and work closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic HR support to the Senior Management Team and employees throughout their entire career journey.
* Analyze and refine HR processes to drive efficiency and productivity in line with business growth objectives.
* Lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives, developing a strong pipeline of top-tier talent, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
* Manage employee relations cases, including grievances and disciplinaries, while maintaining full compliance with employment laws.
* Review and optimize compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain high-caliber talent, staying ahead of market trends.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including at Director or Managerial level, with a proven track record of advising senior leadership, leading recruitment activities, and refining HR policies & procedures.
* Proficiency in HR systems, performance appraisals, training & development planning, and Irish Employment Laws.
