Niall Keely & Associates is looking to recruit an experienced professionals with a construction related qualification and an excellent know of the building regulations.
The successful candidate will be required to have good defect analysis skills.
The role we are currently recruiting for will mainly involve the inspection of rented accommodation within the Cork City Area,. Inspections will take place 4 days per week with one day per week based in our office.
The company does have project located throughout the country and travel to as well as overnight stays at other locations will be a requirement of the job from time to time. All candidates must be in a position to accommodate this required level travel.
We are looking for candidates with a qualification in Engineering, Building Surveying, Architecture, Architectural Technology.
It is essential that all applicants have a full clean drivers license and their own car.
All applicants must be based in Ireland to be considered.
All Applicants must have some site / office experience and an excellent knowledge of the building regulations.
Full training will be provided.
Salary will depend on experience.
The salary on offer will be negotiated based on qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
Part-Time is a possibility for the right candidate and this may suit experienced professionals who want to balance work with the demands of family life.
