Job Description
1. The Public Health Team provides nursing care and support to clients in their homes and clinics. As a member of this team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
2. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, adhering to professional standards, and participating in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
3. In addition, you may also provide wound care management, diabetes education, and nursing assessments post-hospital discharge or GP referral as part of your role.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written wise (or possibly one language), experience working within primary care settings preferably would benefit but not strictly required especially if really outstanding highly proficient nurse can strongly justify presence across multilingual dynamic teams.””, “”Benefits Overview””:
