Day Services Team Lead
Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCoI) supports people with physical/intellectual disabilities and autism. CCoI operates Residential and Day Services across 15 locations, in which residents and day-attendees are supported to live an ordinary life, a life like any other.
We are currently recruiting for a Day Services Team Lead to join our team in Greenacres Community.
Job Title: Day Services Team Lead
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time (40 hours per week)
Salary: €42,199- €52,641 per annum

What you will need:
Hold a minimum of a QQI Level 7 Major Award on the QQI Framework - BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care.
Have 3 years' experience in programme facilitation in a day services or residential setting.
Good working knowledge of the New Directions framework and person-centred planning process.
Experience of regulated services for people with an intellectual disability/autism and ability to apply knowledge of best practices.
The capacity to deliver in an effective and resourceful manner within a model of person-centred provision.
Ability to facilitate changing needs and improve service delivery.
Effective interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Proficient IT skills relevant to the role, to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
A full driver's licence is an essential requirement.
