This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning hotel as Executive Housekeeping Manager. As a key member of our Rooms Division, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate a team of housekeepers to deliver exceptional results in maintaining clean and tidy rooms and public areas;
2. Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure seamless operations;
3. Maintain open lines of communication with Front Office departments to support maximum efficiency in both bedrooms letting and servicing;
4. Analyze data on room occupancy rates, customer satisfaction surveys, or other performance metrics using business intelligence tools like Excel or Tableau.
