Financial Accountant
We are seeking a qualified Financial Accountant to provide financial support and contribute to the finance function's operational efficiency.
1. Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting processes by preparing and contributing to management reports for senior stakeholders.
The role offers broad exposure across financial analysis, compliance, business partnering within a collaborative finance team. Key responsibilities include:
* Prepare and contribute to management reports for senior stakeholders.
* Analyse monthly results and investigate variances in support of financial reviews.
* Own accurate expense reporting processes including journal postings and month-end close activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support external audit processes and preparation of statutory financial statements ensuring compliance with tax requirements Act as a finance business partner supporting internal departments operational initiatives Provide cover for payroll processing when required Maintain the general ledger Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Monitor cash flow forecasting Maintain fixed assets register Support external filings Build relationships with customers suppliers Internal stakeholders Complete bank balance sheet reconciliations accurately on time Act as a team member build effective working relations
