The Hot Box Sauna is Ireland's leading sauna and wellness experience, offering a unique blend of relaxation, community, and wellbeing.
With six thriving locations, and a seventh on the way, we are expanding fast and looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the company's day-to-day financial operations and support the CFO in maintaining financial health and compliance.
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero, including bank, Cards and POS systems reconciliations, accounts Payable/Receivable, invoicing, expense tracking, ensuring accurate integration and reporting.
Prepare and file VAT returns and ensure full compliance with Irish tax and accounting regulations.
Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow statements, and financial reports for review with the CFO.
Process payroll and ensure PAYE and statutory filings are completed accurately and on time.
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and the external accountant to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Maintain full control of the financial systems and reporting that underpin the business.
Continuously improve financial processes, controls, and reporting to support ongoing growth.

Required Skills and Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management and accounting Experience in managing finances for a small to medium sized business, ideally with retail outlets spanning across multiple sites.
Strong hands-on working experience of VAT, payroll, and tax compliance in Ireland.
Proficient in one of the following accounting systems: Xero (preferred), SAGE 50, QuickBooks, SAP or Surf Accounts/BrightBooks.
Proven track record of ownership and accountability, with ability to plan and control own workload.
Partial of full Accounting qualification (IATI, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
Right to work in Ireland (Work Permit Sponsorship is not available).
Ability to work from the office location in Dublin 2.
