Finance Administrator
Seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to manage all areas of the accounts function, including CIS management, VAT compliance, and financial reporting. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling purchase and sales ledgers, processing CIS subcontractor payments and returns, preparing and posting supplier payments, and assisting with monthly financial and management reporting.
Key Responsibilities include maintaining and monitoring creditors and debtors ledgers, preparing and submitting VAT returns and other HMRC filings, liaising with group finance on intercompany transactions, and supporting the finance team during the transition and integration process.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a similar accounts role, with experience working with CIS subcontractors, VAT returns, and ledger maintenance. Previous experience in a group company or larger organisational structure is desirable. Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and good communication skills are required.
