We are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis for 9-12 months. The role involves working closely with managers and the wider HR team to provide expert support across a range of people matters.
About the Role
In this generalist position, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on complex disciplinary and grievance matters. You will also lead long-term sick processes and support successful return-to-work outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
1. Provide expert advice and support on complex disciplinary and grievance matters.
2. Lead long-term sick processes and support successful return-to-work outcomes.
3. Partner with managers to deliver a professional, end-to-end recruitment process.
4. Design and deliver engaging training for managers on core HR topics.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
* Similar experience within a generalist HR role
* Strong ER casework experience
* Up-to-date knowledge and hands-on experience of NI employment law
* Experience with HR systems
