Located in Dublin, Cruiserath Biologics Campus, a one billion Multi-Product Cell Culture Biologics Manufacturing facility plays a central role in the Global Product Development and Supply (GPS) network as the company's first European biologics manufacturing facility. This state of the art facility will produce multiple therapies for the company's growing biologics portfolio. Global Biologics Laboratory (GBL) responsible for the release testing of Biologics Drug product for the network, is also based on the Cruiserath Biologics Campus.

The Role
BMS Cruiserath Biologics is seeking to recruit a Fixed Term Manager, Finance Analyst. Reporting directly to the Finance Director for Cruiserath Biologics. The Financial Analyst will work with the business to ensure the highest standards of stewardship and control are maintained in Biologics Operations Ireland and the Global Biolab. The Financial Analyst will also drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
* Delivery of high quality financial and management reports including monthly management accounts, budgets and projections.
* Preparation and analysis of operational performance, variance and trend analysis to support business planning and decision making
* Drive expenditure control at the cost centre level for Biologics operations.
* Preparation of annual budgets & reforecasting including product costing
* Preparation and review of key account reconciliations
* Support of internal and external audits
* Ensuring the highest standards of stewardship and control are maintained
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required
* The ideal candidate will be an experienced qualified accountant, with a minimum of 2-5 years PQE
* A comprehensive knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, internal controls and business partnering.
* Develops strong, effective work relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Knowledge of US GAAP principles as well as local accounting principles
* Ability to manage operating budgets, and anticipate emerging issues would be preferential.
* The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
* Strong organisational and problem solving skills, as well as demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
* SAP experience is desired preferably with product costing module
