Service Delivery Specialist:
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Specialist to provide service delivery support for analytical laboratory instrumentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to customer queries and ensure prompt handling of customer complaints
* Evaluate incoming fault reports and initiate appropriate measures, including remote troubleshooting and equipment repairs
* Promote and maintain a high quality of service, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional support
* Identify service delivery improvements in conjunction with team leads and implement changes as necessary
* Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks, including PM/OQ and PQ
* Support other engineers when required and provide training and development opportunities
* Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery
* Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, providing clear and concise information on service delivery status and outcomes
Requirements:
* Degree in Science or Engineering
* A proven track record of cGxP compliance
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in pharmaceutical analytical laboratory work with chromatography, dissolution, and physical testing equipment
* Troubleshooting ability and problem-solving skills
* Acts autonomously within guidelines and directives
* Full, clean driver's license
