Sales Administrator Job Title
This is a key role within the sales function, responsible for driving business growth through effective administration.
* Manage the vehicle ordering and customer onboarding process from start to finish.
* Coordinate vehicle delivery and collection with customers and support drivers as needed.
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparation of service level agreements, customer reports, tender submissions, and handling general customer queries.
* Support pricing and rebate administration in collaboration with the risk manager.
* Oversee the administration of ancillary products such as EV charging solutions, fuel cards, and toll tags.
* Assist with outbound sales activities, including the distribution of promotional materials.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative or office-based role, ideally within a sales or automotive environment.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (formal qualifications desirable).
* Self-motivated with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
* High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and numerical proficiency.
