Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated Student Recruitment & Sales Advisor to drive student enrolments from East Asia while supporting digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales and advisory skills with creative abilities in graphic design and multimedia content creation. You will guide prospective students through course selection, application, and enrolment processes, achieve monthly recruitment targets, manage and expand the agent network, and create high-quality marketing materials.Key Responsibilities:Student Recruitment & SalesActively recruit students from East Asia and manage the full admissions process from enquiry to enrolment.Sell courses to prospective students and promote programs effectively to meet monthly recruitment targets.Advise prospective students on course selection, study pathways, and visa requirements.Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing agents, and identify and recruit new agents to grow the network.Collaborate with agents to maximize student recruitment and ensure quality leads.Monitor and report on recruitment performance, ensuring targets are consistently met.Represent the college at virtual and in-person events, webinars, student fairs, and agent meetings.Digital Marketing & Creative DesignDesign and create graphic materials including social media content, email marketing campaigns, infographics, brochures, digital and print posters, GIFs, and videos.Video editing and multimedia content creation for various digital platforms.Develop creative assets for all digital marketing campaigns, ensuring fast and professional delivery.Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns tailored to East Asian markets.Provide strategic insights to improve recruitment campaigns, student engagement, and agent performance.Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and marketing assets in the CRM system.Requirements:Experience in sales, recruitment, or student advisory roles.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or recruitment targets.Strong understanding of the East Asian education market; knowledge of languages such as Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese is a plus.Experience managing relationships with agents or partners and developing new recruitment channels.Experience in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia content creation.Proficiency with digital marketing campaigns and platforms (social media, email marketing, etc.).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries, agents, and creative projects simultaneously.Results-oriented, driven, and motivated to achieve monthly recruitment goals.Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.Must be based in Dublin, Ireland.Preferred Skills:Previous experience in international student recruitment or education consultancy.Understanding of visa procedures and higher education policies for East Asian students.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Creative thinking to identify new recruitment channels, agents, and opportunities.Ability to produce high-quality, professional creative assets quickly to support marketing campaigns.Job Types: Part-time, Fixed termContract length: 12 monthsPay: From €1,200.00 per monthExpected hours: 20 per weekBenefits:Sick payWork Location: In person
