Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Retail Operations Manager to support the Store Manager at our flagship store. This role is hands-on, customer-facing with responsibilities spanning store operations, visual merchandising, team support, and brand relations.
This is a key leadership position that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring seamless execution of in-store activities.
* Lead and motivate the store team, providing guidance and coaching to sales staff to drive sales growth and excellent customer service.
* Maintain and update visual merchandising displays, onboard new brands, and work closely with the Store Manager to support brand success.
* Assist in planning and executing events, workshops, and activations, engaging with local communities to promote the store and its brands.
