The Role
We are seeking a Group Sales Director to develop new large-scale clients for PE Global throughout Ireland and the UK. The successful candidate will lead strategic sales thinking, define and develop the company's sales strategy, and control the tendering process while bringing in new opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop new large-scale clients for PE Global
* Active leadership in strategic sales thinking
* Put in place a sales and account management system targeting clients across Europe
* Definition and development of the company's sales strategy
* Control and development of the tendering process
* Account management of larger clients across the recruitment group
* Represent the company at business forums and events
* Build a great new business pipeline and close deals to exceed 100% of projected targets
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
* A proven track record of business development and achieving sales targets working with complex organisations and senior decision makers
* Experience in selling services to clients is essential
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Ability to develop and maintain resilient client relationships
* Competence with budgets, targets and finances
* Understanding of the current business climate and career trends
