About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated, experienced Graduate to join our Fab Engineering group on a 36‑month contract at ADI’s Limerick Plant. The role operates on a 2‑cycle shift rotating between days and evenings and is part of an Immersive Engineering Training Program aimed at developing critical engineering skills.ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of new technologies.Qualifying new tools to meet ramp requirements.Assisting in transferring processes from sister sites to Limerick.Continuous improvement projects to improve yield and output across the fab.Cycle time reduction projects.Sustainability projects – reducing water usage, greenhouse gases, and PFC chemicals across the fab.Implementation of AI in the fab to improve work practices and enhance control.QualificationsMinimum qualifications:Degree in Applied Physics, Electronics, Materials, Chemistry, Software, or a related discipline.Excellent technical problem‑solving and multi‑tasking skills.Good communication and interaction skills.Data‑driven and the ability to apply science theory and engineering concepts.Self‑directing, self‑motivated, and able to work in a dynamic environment.Preferred qualifications:Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing (preferred but not required).Data analytics skills.For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce – Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State – Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
