Your role will involve: Overseeing the production of high-quality timber products, including benchtops, tables, and bespoke joinery items Managing and motivating a team Coordinating production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines Ensuring adherence to safety standards and maintaining a clean, hazard-free work environment Implementing quality control procedures to guarantee product integrity Managing inventory levels of timber and other materials The ideal candidate will possess: Proven experience in a relevant field Strong leadership and communication skills Proficiency in woodworking techniques and the ability to identify various timber species Knowledge of forestry practices and production methods If you're passionate about timber, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy leading a team to create beautiful, sustainable wood products, we'd love to hear from you.
