Property Management Professional
Job Description
* The purpose of this role is to provide expert property management and maintenance services to meet the needs of tenants, working closely with the Director of Property and Housing.
* You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, ensuring their performance appraisal, staff development, team development, engagement, and communication are all optimized.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective housing and property management strategies, ensuring compliance with current legislation and guidelines.
2. Work collaboratively with colleagues to coordinate property development and estate management arrangements, promoting efficient use of resources.
3. Maintain accurate records and reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in social housing management, with a strong track record of delivering results-oriented projects.
* Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams towards achieving shared goals.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and customers.
