Role OverviewThe Assistant Project Manager plays a key supporting role in planning, coordinating, and tracking projects to ensure successful delivery. Working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams, this position helps maintain schedules, manage documentation, and support communication throughout the project lifecycle. It is ideal for organized, proactive individuals seeking hands-on experience in project management.Key Responsibilities• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination of tasks and milestones.• Track project progress and prepare status reports and documentation.• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.• Maintain accurate project records, timelines, and shared documentation.• Assist with resource coordination and monitoring of project budgets.• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.• Identify potential risks, delays, or issues and escalate them appropriately.• Support quality assurance by reviewing deliverables for completeness.• Update project management tools to reflect current project status.• Contribute to improving project processes and administrative workflows.Qualifications and Requirements• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.• Clear written and verbal communication skills.• Basic understanding of project management principles and workflows.• Proficiency with office productivity tools; project management software experience is a plus.• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.• Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.• Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.• Reliable, responsible, and committed to meeting deadlines.• Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility.• Prior experience in project coordination, administration, or operations is an advantage but not required.SummaryThe Assistant Project Manager supports effective project execution by ensuring organization, transparency, and coordination across teams.
