The Process Maintenance Manager oversees operations, from routine inspections to emergency repairs, ensuring machinery is in top condition to prevent downtime and maintain product quality.

Major Responsibilities: Accountability for results, ensuring first-time right delivery.Develop team members for future roles.Ensure safety and quality compliance.Drive Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Optimization initiatives using lean tools.Manage engineering schedules and targets to minimize downtime.Ensure process equipment is fit for purpose and plan for obsolescence.Coordinate preventive maintenance with production schedules.Manage spare parts inventory and achieve operational excellence.Achieve cost savings and escalate obstacles.Provide technical leadership and performance analysis.Benchmark and deploy predictive maintenance strategies.Analyze equipment performance, failures, and trends to inform improvements.Implement process improvements and cost reductions.Build relationships across levels to achieve outcomes.Additional Responsibilities: Act as designee for Process Engineering Manager.Develop procedures and standards.Lead technicians and outside resources.Provide training and supervise maintenance resources.Supervisory/Management Responsibilities Reports to the Process Engineering Manager.Supervises maintenance supervisors, technicians, and external resources.Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.Knowledge Minimum 10 years in engineering, with preference for electrical background and industrial systems knowledge.Experience in automated manufacturing, food processing equipment, and dairy/food process engineering preferred.Ability to manage teams, coordinate multi-tasking, and work in high-paced environments.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
