This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated graduate to build strong commercial skills in a dynamic environment. You'll take ownership of sales, event planning and marketing activities, develop your creativity and business acumen, and help us deliver exceptional experiences to our clients. You'll work independently at times, and as part of a supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

•On-site management — provide on-site cover to manage the serviced office environment, ensuring the centre is fully prepared for client meetings, events, and day-to-day services. This includes making sure the site is clean, presentable, and ready to use at all times.

·Drive new business — support sales efforts by researching leads, managing the CRM pipeline, and helping to convert prospects into clients.

·Coordinate client events — plan and deliver premium events and experiences, managing logistics and ensuring 5-star execution.

·Manage digital marketing — create content and manage our social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) to build brand awareness and engagement.

·Support marketing campaigns — assist with email marketing, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.

·Deliver excellent client service — act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure every interaction reflects our luxury brand standards.

·Manage key partners — liaise with venues, suppliers, and event partners to deliver high-quality experiences.

·Report on performance — prepare reports on marketing activity, event success, and sales pipeline progress.

·Drive creativity — continuously look for ways to enhance the brand and client experience through innovative marketing and event initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For:

·You’re a recent graduate with a passion for sales, marketing, events, and client experience.

·You have strong communication and storytelling skills — both written and visual.

·You’re a digital native, comfortable with social media platforms and content creation.

·You’re organised, detail-oriented, and love managing projects from start to finish.

·You thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and are eager to take initiative.

·You’re curious about building a brand and driving commercial success.

·You’re flexible and mobile — comfortable working across multiple locations as required.
