We are looking to recruit a Network Solutions Sales Specialist for our Network Solutions team. The role will work closely with the sales and engineering network teams in a supportive capacity, owning the forecast for network solutions for Ireland. The role requires a strategic approach to take the ONNEC network solution proposition to market. A strong end-user engagement model will be key for our growth objective, with a good understanding of the market in Ireland being beneficial.
What you’ll be doing as our Network Solutions Sales Specialist
* Work with the Sales and Services Team to drive sales, develop new customers, and increase account penetration into the existing customer base through the ONNEC portfolio.
* Engage directly with clients at multiple levels, and collaborate with internal subject matter experts.
* Establish relationships with multiple client stakeholders and secure deals to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
* Develop and maintain clear account plans for appropriate clients and targets, scoping and documenting tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
* Articulate ONNEC’s value propositions throughout all steps of the sales process.
* Deliver written proposals and present to clients, highlighting business value and benefits.
* Contribute to technical and commercial proposals that reflect business benefits derived from technical advantages.
* Acquire knowledge of new technologies quickly and communicate technical detail to clients in an accessible way.
* Attend education and training programs for ONNEC products and solutions.
* Build relationships with key partners and strategic vendors within ONNEC’s core portfolio.
* Provide customers with clear ownership and accountability.
* Use CRM as the single source for pipeline management.
What we’re looking for in our Network Solutions Sales Specialist
* Demonstrable knowledge across ONNEC’s strategic vendor portfolio.
* Comfortable working at C-level and Director-level with clients.
* Fully conversant with the competitive marketplace.
* Excellent communication and reporting skills with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong organisational and time management skills; efficient and effective working style.
* Self-starter, highly motivated and resourceful.
* Strong customer focus with the ability to build lasting relationships.
* Good grasp of technology and workplace innovation.
* Articulate with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
* Proven capability in delivering high-quality customer presentations.
* Strong commercial and financial understanding, including P&L awareness and risk management.
* Ability to manage complex, multi-work-stream opportunities with solid governance management.
