Our client, a leading global technology company, is seeking passionate, detail-oriented Portuguese-speaking Content Quality Reviewers to join their global content integrity team. This critical role is responsible for ensuring accuracy in content moderation, reviewing platform content for compliance, and providing valuable feedback that influences policy development and enforcement.
Sounds great! What will my day-to-day look like?
* Review and label content for compliance with advertiser policies and community standards.
* Conduct audits of labelled content to ensure accuracy and provide insights on error trends.
* Partner with vendors to drive calibration and consistency in content moderation.
* Provide Portuguese market-specific insights to support platform safety and accuracy.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve quality metrics, tools, and processes.
* Handle potentially graphic and sensitive content with resilience and discretion.
What do I need?
* Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal).
* Proven experience in content moderation, preferably for social platforms.
* Experience working with vendors, including giving feedback and supporting calibrations.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; attention to detail is essential.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
* Comfortable working with potentially objectionable or disturbing content.
* Experience in data analysis or handling datasets.
* Familiarity with digital advertising and content safety policies.
This opportunity is an 11-month contract, Onsite in Dublin, paying €57,990 per annum pro rata.
