Strategic HR Partner
This role involves a senior member of the HR Management Team.
* Assist in all areas of Human Resources Management.
* Involved in strategic and operational development of the department.
This position requires working closely with the Operations Manager and Director of Human Resources to drive business growth through effective human capital management strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
* Provide strategic support to business leaders on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals
