Clerical Officer Role
Our organization is seeking a skilled Clerical Officer to join our team on a part-time basis.
* 20 hours per week, permanent contract
* Location: Foynes
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A secretarial qualification and proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
* At least 3 years of administrative experience.
* Excellent IT, communication, and organizational skills.
* Previous experience in minute taking, data entry, file management, and processing invoices.
* Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong initiative, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
* Full driving license.
Desirable qualifications include rostering and payroll experience.
