Full job description Office Administrator / Receptionist Full-time This is a varied role suited to someone who is organised, friendly, and comfortable handling multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Front-of-house reception duties, including greeting customers and answering phone calls Managing vehicle paperwork such as: Vehicle registration certificates (log books) Change of ownership documentation Sales and purchase administration Invoicing, filing, scanning, and general office administration Day to day accounting tasks, e.g. Purchase, and Sales Ledger maintenance.
Bank reconciliation.
Etc.
Liaising with customers, suppliers, and external agencies Ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and filed correctly Supporting sales and aftersales administration when required The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in an office administration or receptionist role (motor trade experience a distinct advantage but not essential) Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Confident using computers and office software Ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and a professional attitude Pay: €*****-€***** depending on experience.
