Job Description
Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Take care of/maintain the premises, furniture, equipment and fittings and buildings.
Carry out painting and renovation work in the centre as required.
Keep the centre grounds generally in good order by maintaining and cutting all grass areas and preventing litter in playgrounds and communal areas.
Identify shrubs that require trimming, keep all hedges, shrubs and ensure none of these pose a hazard.
Weed flowerbeds and pathways.
Internal maintenance and cleaning as required.
Power washing of buildings and grounds and equipment as required.
Steaming of all floors and furniture.
Garda Vetting required.
