You will play a pivotal role in IT service management maturity within assigned customer groups. Aligning with the company's strategic direction, you will standardize and deliver IT excellence.
Key responsibilities include onboarding customer groups to IT services, ensuring operational changes are understood, and projects are scoped and delivered to support the wider IT strategy. This involves coordinating activities with external resources engaged in execution and ongoing exploitation.
Strong business relationships will be built through leadership of governance meetings and serving as an initial contact point for business needs. You will evaluate feasibility of potential projects with customers and provide ITSM consulting expertise to relevant business areas.
Additionally, you will lead solution visioning sessions, support understanding and alignment of standard operating processes across customers, and ensure adherence to financial processes. ITTP Projects and IT Operations activities for relevant business areas will also be supported.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology, along with 7+ years of experience in IT, ITIL, and Service Management, and 3+ years in the Pharma/Life Science industry. At least 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing IT services or delivering IT service improvement initiatives is required.
* Proven track record of successfully managing IT services and delivering IT service improvement initiatives
* ITIL foundation certification and knowledge of ITSM best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
