About the Role
Step aboard the North Pole Express, where every shift feels like stepping into a Christmas movie As part of our Festive Experience Cast, you'll help bring the holiday spirit to life.
This is not your average job.
This is glitter, giggles, jingles, dancing, cocoa, cookies, Christmas cheer, and pure joy — all rolled into one magical part-time adventure.
What You'll Be Doing
Dancing, jingling, and spreading festive cheer like a pro
Welcoming families
Getting fully involved in the interactive North Pole Express experience
Serving tea, coffee, treats, and delicious hot chocolate (extra marshmallows encouraged)
Bringing your best festive energy to every moment
Helping out with our cosy Festive Afternoon Tea events
Making magical memories for guests of all ages
Being part of a team that laughs, sings, dances, and works together like Santa's own workshop
General operational support with day to day tasks
What We're Looking For
* Someone fun, bubbly, and full of personality
* Someone who isn't afraid to dance, participate, and get involved
* Someone who loves chatting to people and making their day
* Someone comfortable carrying trays and carrying a tune
* Hospitality or customer service experience is great — but not required
* Must enjoy Christmas. Like… really enjoy Christmas.
The Details
* Seasonal part-time role
* Approximately 20 hours per week (more hours may pop up like surprise snowflakes)
* Evenings & weekends throughout December are a must
* You may be required to wear festive attire (elf hats included, reindeer ears optional)
