Front of House Receptionist
Location: Dublin 4
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
About The Role
We are seeking a professional and personable Front of House Receptionist to provide a warm and welcoming environment at a prestigious Members’ Club in Dublin 4. As the first point of contact for Members and visitors, the ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a polished manner, and a strong background in customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome Members and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
* Handle all incoming calls and redirect them as appropriate.
* Provide accurate information on events, facilities, and general enquiries.
* Manage messages efficiently and ensure prompt follow-up.
* Ensure all guests are assisted courteously and professionally.
* Address any front-of-house queries or operational issues as they arise.
* Liaise with internal departments (e.g. maintenance, cleaning, and security) to ensure a seamless experience.
* Manage online bookings for meeting rooms when required.
* Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.
Key Skills & Attributes
* Proven experience in a front-of-house or customer service role.
* Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
* Positive, proactive, and friendly attitude.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures.
* Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
