Location: Dublin/Morocco
Reports To: Head of Pre Sales

Job Purpose

The Presales Consultant at CR2 will play a pivotal role in driving sales success by providing expert technical and business insights to prospective clients. This role involves collaborating closely with the Sales team to qualify accounts, respond to RFPs/RFIs, deliver compelling product presentations, and develop proof of concepts that align with customer requirements. The Presales Consultant will also ensure seamless handover to the Professional Services team post-sale, maintaining high customer satisfaction and project alignment.

* Fluency in French is mandatory, as a key role will be supporting French speaking regions.
* Our Hybrid Working Model requires employees to be on-site three days per week—specifically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

* Solution Identification: Support the Sales team in identifying the best solutions for customer requirements.
* Customer Engagement: Translate customer business needs into appropriate CR2 solutions.
* Product Presentation: Present and articulate the features and benefits of CR2 solutions.
* Product Demonstration: Showcase CR2 products using existing solutions and internal development resources.
* Technical Expertise: Become a technical solution expert for CR2 products.
* Market Awareness: Stay updated on new products, market trends, future directions, and competition.
* Customer Support: Travel extensively to customer sites and roadshows to support the deployment of new features.
* Sales Training: Provide ongoing education and training to the Sales force on new CR2 solutions.
* Additional Tasks: Perform any other related tasks as required by the line manager.

* Industry Experience: Previous experience in pre-sales, implementation, or consultancy, particularly in the banking/fintech sector.

Qualifications and Experience

* Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
* Experience: Previous pre-sales, implementation, or consultancy experience in the banking/fintech sector.
* Language Skills: Fluency in French is mandatory.
* Technical Skills: Proven technical expertise, particularly in banking solutions.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

* Sales Support: Number of successful solution identifications and customer engagements.
* Customer Satisfaction: Customer feedback and satisfaction scores.
* Training Effectiveness: Improvement in Sales team performance post-training.
* Market Awareness: Demonstrated knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.
* Travel Efficiency: Effective support during customer site visits and roadshows.
* Project Handover: Smooth transition and handover to Professional Services with minimal issues.
* KPI Achievement: Meeting or exceeding predefined KPIs related to sales support, customer engagement, and technical expertise.
