We are seeking a Costing Expert to join our team, reporting directly to the Finance Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining business processes, preparing product costings and delivering key performance indicators (KPIs).
The Role
* Collaborate with sales and operations teams to generate accurate costings.
* Develop and deliver KPI reports, including variance analysis and explanation.
* Advise on process improvement plans and implement them.
* Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
* Monitor pricing, profitability, and trends in conjunction with the sales team.
* Drive efficiency and quality in KPI reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified accountant with relevant experience.
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills with a costing focus.
* Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders across all business areas.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
