Key Account Manager - Enterprise Accounts (Customer Success Manager) Location: Northern Ireland HQ (3 days per week) + Remote working the rest of the month Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 base (or euro equivalent) + 25% bonus + benefits Package: Healthcare, 8% pension, 24 days annual leave, mileage expenses We're partnered with a global, fast-growing technology business seeking a Key Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to take ownership of their strategic enterprise customer base across EMEA.
This is a senior, relationship-driven position focused on retention, customer success, and value-delivery - not new business hunting.
You will act as the senior point of contact for a portfolio of major enterprise clients, engaging with C-suite stakeholders and ensuring they extract maximum value from the platform.
This role sits at the heart of the organisation, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to protect and grow strategic relationships.
Crucially, this is not a closing role.
When expansion or new opportunities arise, you identify them, manage the relationship, and pass to the commercial sales team to close.
Your focus is retention, success, and long-term partnership management.
