Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a highly organised and approachable Receptionist/Administrator to provide exceptional front of house support, manage client correspondence, and coordinate office activities.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for:
* Managing reception phone and screen calls
* Welcoming visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
* Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
You will also be responsible for booking meeting rooms and organising catering, using DocuWare to scan in post-in and post-out, coordinating office activities and operations, and assisting various teams and partners during meetings.
Additionally, you will maintain office supplies and equipment, and provide administrative support as required.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a reception/office environment, a working knowledge of MS Office suite and Zoom, and a confident, pleasant and friendly communicator.
